After nearly 2 years of research and development, we are proud to offer the Alpha fuel system for the C8! This fuel system is everything you need to make 1400+ horsepower at the flywheel. To take it one step further, we provide you with installation picture diagrams calling out each part number of fitting and showing you the exact routing and fitment for each part number in the kit. We also pre-terminate the harness where we can (you have to keep some connectors off to leave space to route them). The rest of the harness is plug-and-play with labeled connections. The kit also includes mounting hardware and panels required to mount the surge tank in the trunk (or frunk for an additional charge). The best part about this kit is the fact that you can run E85 and fill up your factory gas tank so there is no need to fill an auxiliary tank. You may ask, why not put fuel pumps in the tank of the car? Well, the C8 presents additional challenges that are beyond the traditional in-tank fuel pump solutions we currently have available. This also prevents any sloshing or fuel pump cavitation with the addition of a surge tank.
The primary components of the kit are as follows:
- Surge tank
- 3x 400 LPH fuel pumps
- 2x fuel pressure regulators
- All lines and fittings required for complete installation
- Mounting panels, brackets, and hardware
- Terminated harness (where possible)
- All electronics required
- Flex fuel sensor included (requires supporting controller ((not included)))

- Tuning support available for an additional charge
- DW 2200 cc fuel injectors available in product options
NOTES:
- Custom tuning is required to prevent any check engine lights
- Select the "delete fuel injectors" if you wish to use a different injector
- Fuel system does not include fuel rails
- An intake manifold with provisions for port injection is required
- A controller for port injection is required and not included in this system
- Select hard top convertible or Coupe variant as well (HTC takes up more trunk space due to mounting space constraints)
- Coupe variant mounts on the driver's side (least space-consuming) and HTC mounts on the passenger side
- Use of an aftermarket camshaft is recommended for best results to increase high pressure fuel pump flow volume
